• Proven warehousing or distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and small-scale production/finishing activities.
• Drive KPI-based performance with emphasis on customer service and efficiency.
• Manage inbound, storage, processing and dispatch activities; ensure stock accuracy and turnover.
• Lead, recruit and mentor warehouse staff.
• Plan and execute the relocation project, optimise layout for space, productivity and safety.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Director on process reviews and cost improvements.
