NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of goods across a UK operation. You will manage people, processes and systems to meet productivity targets while upholding health and safety standards and securing stock.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers and transport partners; supervise stock accuracy; plan capacity; and drive team performance and reporting daily.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and an understanding of finance for stock management.

• Planning and organising to manage stock flow.
• Analytical ability with attention to detail.

• Technical and IT skills, especially with databases and spreadsheets.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility for shift patterns and knowledge of warehouse regulations.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies.
• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods.
• Use space and equipment efficiently while meeting quality and budget targets.
• Understand and apply the company’s policies and vision in the warehouse.
• Coordinate the use of systems where necessary.
• Respond to customer communications by email and telephone.
• Keep stock control systems up to date and inventories accurate.
• Plan future capacity requirements.
• Organise recruitment, training and performance monitoring of staff.
• Motivate and lead teamwork to meet productivity targets.
• Produce regular reports and statistics and brief team leaders daily.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene and security standards; oversee maintenance.
