Ad Warrior Ltd in Tamworth is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the safe, efficient, and accurate operation of our warehouse, cold stores and yard.
You will develop the warehouse team, manage stock control, ensure food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, BRC), and drive KPIs while coordinating with Production, Quality and Senior Management.
This role offers a largely days-based pattern with some on-call flexibility, and a Paycare health package along with the perk of free ice cream.

We are a 24/5 operation with an established warehouse team and are looking for a new Warehouse Manager to take overall responsibility for our warehouse, cold stores and yard operations.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead the safe, efficient and accurate management of our warehouses, cold stores and yard.
You will ensure raw materials, packaging and finished goods are managed effectively while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, hygiene, traceability and health & safety .
You will lead and develop the warehouse team, drive operational KPIs and work closely with Production, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, HR and Senior Management to meet customer and business requirements.
We are looking for an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills, ideally from a food manufacturing, FMCG or similarly regulated environment.
We are looking for someone who is organised, accountable and commercially aware, with the confidence to lead a team while remaining hands-on. You will take ownership, challenge poor standards, solve problems proactively and lead by example.
You must be competent in the safe operation of relevant warehouse equipment. Current counterbalance and reach forklift licences , along with scissor lift experience, would be highly advantageous.
