Job summary

Fowler Welch (Part of the Culina Group) seeks a Business Improvement Manager to drive site and regional improvement projects across warehouse and transport operations. You will coordinate with senior teams to identify opportunities, define objectives, and deliver change with measurable cost and service benefits.

The role supports processes with IT and Business Central inputs, coaches operational teams through change, and ensures benefits are tracked and communicated to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply Project Management and LEAN Methodologies to support the delivery of any given improvement initiative to completion.
• High level of communication and influencing skills to ensure stakeholders deliver savings and productivity initiatives.
• Proven track record managing project change within warehouse/transport operations.
• Ability to stay focused and proactively prioritise initiatives.
• Flexibility to contribute to various areas within the operation.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and work with site senior teams to identify improvement opportunities across quality, cost, service and safety.
• Identify, agree and deliver improvement objectives and timescales with site & regional leadership teams.
• Produce clear improvement proposals, change plans and communicate to stakeholders with cost-benefit in mind.
• Liaise with stakeholders to create objective proposals and manage change processes.
• Ensure plans and teams maintain structure and deliver on improvement projects for the region.
• Quantify and validate savings with Finance.
