Aramex UK is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead operations across the CEP and Freight Forwarding sectors at London Heathrow, delivering service excellence, efficiency and compliant, cost-aware logistics.

You will manage a team, drive KPI performance, recruit and develop staff, and partner with HR to optimise operations, routing, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience managing warehouse operations.
• Line management and performance management experience.
• Fluent English.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Preferably Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Freight experience
• 5-7 years experience of managing warehouse operations
• Lline management and performance management experience
• Fluent English
• Proven track record of optimizing operations and achieving operational KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational and decision-making abilities
