You will drive efficient processes, ensure safety standards, and collaborate with other departments to fulfil orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil orders accurately and on time.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
• Implement and enforce warehouse procedures and protocols to optimise efficiency.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.

The Role

We are seeking an experiencedWarehouse Manager based within our Norwich depot.You will be overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and leading a small team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil orders accurately and on time.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.

• Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.

• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
