Job summary

OSW in the UK is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to own day-to-day operations, ensuring inbound, storage and outbound activities run safely and efficiently. You will lead a growing team, collaborate with leaders, and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑growing international business.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on process optimisation, KPI monitoring, and cost reduction while maintaining exceptional service for customers and partners across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics or operations teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience using warehouse management systems or ERP software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyse operational data and drive continuous improvement.
• Hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance.
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience in renewable energy or solar industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Coordinate transport, deliveries, collections and 3PL providers.
• Optimise warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs and reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company standards.
• Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Support IT asset management, onboarding and operational equipment where required.
• Work closely with the CEO to support the continued growth of the UK business.

About the Role

As Warehouse Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched safely, accurately, and efficiently. You'll work closely with the leadership team to optimise warehouse performance, improve processes, and deliver outstanding service to our customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine operational management with continuous improvement.
