️ Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: North London
Starting Salary: £32,000 per annum

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This is a key position suited to someone who is physically fit, highly organised, and confident in delegating and leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing goods efficiently
• Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, and order fulfilment
• Delegate daily tasks to warehouse staff and monitor performance
• Ensure health & safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
• Liaise with suppliers, transport, and internal teams
• Operate and monitor warehouse systems or software (training can be provided)
• Contribute to improving processes and reducing waste or inefficiencies

Key Requirements

• Numerate with good attention to detail
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Able to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
• Physically fit - manual handling involved
• Punctual, reliable, and hard-working
• Good communication and basic IT skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Desirable (not essential)

• Forklift licence (or willing to train)
• Experience with warehouse software systems (e.g., WMS, stock management)
• First Aid or Health & Safety training
