Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Starting hourly pay rate: £16.25 per hour

Location: Old Street, N1

Start date: Immediate start for the successful applicant.

Duration: Long-term; temp-to-perm after 20 weeks

Expected working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00-17.00

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a team of associates, drive operational excellence, and handle day-to-day and long-term maintenance of the warehouse building and equipment.

Our client is a US based start-up company already based in London and is now branching out into Europe.

Description

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective running of our UK warehouse operations. This includes ensuring the timely processing and shipping of orders, maintaining productivity, managing facility upkeep, and supporting a safe, compliant, and well-functioning environment.

Key Experience/Skills Required

2+ years of experience in warehouse or fulfilment centre management.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with WMS systems and general business software (e.g., Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
