Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Havant client. The role will focus on the safe, efficient, and smooth running of the warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in a busy environment.

The successful candidate will lead daily activities, supervise operatives and drivers, and maintain accurate records while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations in a warehouse.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well.
• Good Excel knowledge to input, retrieve and analyse data.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and change management.
• Work closely with warehouse operatives and drivers.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental regulations at all times.
• Report accurate information monthly and quarterly.
• Maintain accurate logs of work completed and equipment usage.

• Hours 08.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday
• £15.25 per hour
• Immediate start

About the Role:

We are currently seeking Warehouse Manager to join our client based in Havant. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient, smoothing running of the Warehouse operation and environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for compliance and change management
• Working closely with the warehouse operatives and drivers
• Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Reporting accurate information monthly and quarterly
• Maintaining accurate logs of work completed and equipment usage
• Assist with any other warehouse duties as required

Requirements:
