Job summary

Amour Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Manager / Supervisor for a busy operation at Southampton Docks. This hands-on role requires leading by example, coordinating workloads and ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently.

You will oversee daily warehouse activities, unload containers, plan loads, support stock control, and supervise staff while maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a warehouse environment
• Supervisory or management experience would be advantageous
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work

The successful candidate will be confident leading by example, assisting with warehouse activities, coordinating workloads, and helping to ensure goods are received, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently.
