Job summary

TRS (Technical Recruitment Solutions) is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for our client in South East England. You will lead a hands-on warehouse operation, ensuring safety, accuracy and timely service to customers.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in stock control and process improvement within a technical or manufacturing environment. Excellent communication with Customer Service, Sales and Supply Chain is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Warehouse Manager or supervisor in a technical/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead from the front and drive improvements.
• Knowledge of stock accuracy, inventory control, and health & safety standards.

Warehouse Manager

Location: South East England

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + Benefits

An established and highly regarded manufacturer within the HVAC and building controls sector is looking to appoint an experienced Warehouse Manager to take responsibility for its UK warehouse operation.

This is a hands-on management position, responsible for ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and accurately while maintaining excellent service levels to customers.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse and distribution operation

The Person

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager or strong Warehouse Supervisor ready to take the next step.

You'll ideally have experience within a technical product, engineering, HVAC, electrical or manufacturing environment, although wider distribution experience will also be considered.

You should be comfortable leading from the front, managing people and implementing improvements rather than simply maintaining existing processes.
