Job summary

Boundary Outlet Grantham is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead stock receipt, storage and distribution, ensuring deliveries run on time.

You will manage a team of warehouse and facilities staff, implement efficient processes, monitor budgets and uphold health and safety standards in a hands-on, proactive role. The role requires 40 hours a week across 5 days and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to managing operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organisation of the warehouse to maximise space and access to stock.
• Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse productivity and accuracy.
• Liaise with external contractors for repairs and servicing.
• Manage a team of warehouse and facilities staff including recruitment, training and performance.
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Conduct regular health and safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure a safe environment.

Role Overview:
As Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee the efficient management of the store’s warehouse operations and the maintenance. You’ll ensure that stock is well-organised and deliveries run on time. You must hold a full UK driving licence.
