Job summary

Boundary Outlet in Grantham is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to help manage stock and keep the warehouse organised and efficient. You will ensure the right products are in the right places at the right time to support shop operations.

This role includes receiving deliveries, organizing stock, supporting stock counts, and adhering to health and safety procedures, with weekend hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and process deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Organise and maintain the warehouse, ensuring it is clean, safe, and well-ordered.
• Pick and prepare stock for the shop floor in line with replenishment requirements.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory management.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed, including safe handling of stock and equipment.
• Support other departments when needed, ensuring teamwork across the store.
