Crane Worldwide Logistics in Aberdeen is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to organize and oversee warehouse layout and daily operations, ensuring efficient handling and storage of goods.

You will recruit hourly staff, plan shifts, direct assignments, and advise on proper care of items to improve accuracy and reduce loss. Strong leadership, organization, and safety knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with warehouse work.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Essential Job Functions:

• Supervises planned layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored

• Participates in the recruitment of hourly employees for the warehouse
