As a Lidl Warehouse Maintenance Operative, you'll be keeping our distribution centre and stores purring over and ticking along nicely by looking after our equipment, machinery, fixtures and fittings. From supporting your team with your can-do attitude to making sure our warehouse stays in tip-top condition, your flexible approach to working shifts gives you a workplace full of variety and fresh challenges.
In return, we'll give you a competitive salary based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside Lidl.
