As a Lidl Warehouse Maintenance Operative, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our distribution centre and stores by looking after equipment, machinery, fixtures, and fittings. Your role involves supporting your team with a can-do attitude and ensuring the warehouse remains in excellent condition. Your flexible shift work offers variety and new challenges.

In return, we offer a competitive salary based on equal opportunity pay structures, plus extra pay for bank holidays (£2.00/hr) and night shifts (£3.50/hr), along with a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being.

What you'll do
  • Manage, repair, and service our fleet; update service schedules and records
  • Troubleshoot and fix breakdowns, supporting warehouse departments
  • Problem solve and fault find on Mechanical Handling Equipment
  • Collaborate with external contractors for maintenance tasks
  • Promote good working practices and uphold health and safety standards
