Job Title: Warehouse / Logistics Operative

Location: Eynsham, West Oxfordshire

Salary: GBP27,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)

The Role:

In this hands-on logistics position, you will join an established team of operatives to pick, transport, and receive materials, delivering them to the production line at our client site in Eynsham. You will work with high-value medical components and equipment in an environment where safety and quality are top priorities. The role involves process-driven manual handling and the use of manual handling equipment, including electric pallet trucks and counterbalance forklift trucks (training available). Professional conduct and good communication skills with colleagues and customers are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pick and pack materials, palletising as needed
2. Load and unload vehicles safely
3. Transport materials between local storage facilities and the factory line
4. Follow procedures to receive goods and deliver to correct locations with high accuracy
5. Maintain a clean and tidy workplace
