Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Operations Operative for a permanent, full-time role in Abingdon. The position runs Monday to Friday, 07:00am to 4:00pm, with additional hours possible to meet business needs.

You will be responsible for accurate picking, packing, and preparation of products for dispatch, while maintaining stock accuracy and safety standards. You will join a fast-paced warehouse and operations team, working to support efficient order fulfillment,

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, production, manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Experience picking, packing, stock control or product preparation.
• Experience handling and moving goods safely.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: pick stock, prepare for dispatch, ensure safety and accuracy.
• Assembly & Product Preparation: assemble and prepare products to spec and quality standards.
• Health & Safety: maintain clean, safe work environment and follow procedures.
• Communication & Teamwork: report issues, support colleagues to meet targets.
