The Warehouse & Logistics (W&L) Manager will oversee the efficient operation of the warehouse and logistics functions, ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products. Responsibilities include optimizing warehouse layout, managing inventory levels, and coordinating transportation to meet production and customer demands while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Management: Supervise the receipt, storage, and retrieval of raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse, optimizing layout and space utilization.
- Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory control measures.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order fulfillment processes, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products to meet customer demand and deadlines.
- Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to coordinate the timely delivery of materials, monitor supplier performance, and address any issues.
- Transportation Management: Manage transportation logistics, including coordination with carriers, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology to automate processes, track inventory, and enhance overall logistics management.
- Cost Management: Implement cost-effective measures within the warehouse and logistics operations, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for warehouse staff.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment in supply chain activities.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage warehouse staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Emergency Response: Develop contingency plans and respond effectively to unforeseen events, such as supply chain disruptions or emergencies, to minimize impacts on operations.
