Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse and driver teams
• Oversee inventory control, ensuring FIFO practices and accurate records (Breww system)
• Plan and optimise delivery routes across London
• Manage third-party logistics and shipping partners
• Ensure health & safety compliance and equipment maintenance
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards
• Conduct weekly stock counts and monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations
• Collaborate with HR for staff development
• Drive continuous improvement using KPIs
