Role: Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Start: ASAP

Reports to: Operations Director

We are looking to expand our team by hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Manager. If you are a logistics expert with strong leadership skills, this is your chance to oversee the movement of our beer from brewery to bar — safely, efficiently, and with excellence.

Role Overview:

As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will ensure the smooth, effective, and safe storage and delivery of our products. Your responsibilities include leading a small team, managing warehouse operations, and optimising delivery routes across London to ensure our products arrive on time, in full, and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse staff and drivers
• Oversee stock control, ensuring FIFO practices and accurate inventory management (Breww)
• Plan and optimise delivery routes across London
• Manage third-party contractors and shipping partners
• Ensure health & safety compliance and equipment maintenance
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards
• Conduct weekly stock counts and monitor for out-of-stock risks
• Support team development in collaboration with HR
• Drive performance through KPIs and continuous improvement

About You:

You are an organized, adaptable leader who thrives in operational challenges, prioritises effectively, and remains calm under pressure. You are also tech-savvy and proactive in safety and process improvements.
