  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to service delivery and waste management.

Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Location: On Site (premises are based between Dundonald and Comber)
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Hours: 45 hours per week.

The Role

Mash Direct is recruiting a Warehouse & Logistics Manager, a key leadership position within our Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of Sleeving, Despatch, Warehouse, and Transport functions to ensure timely and accurate delivery to our customer base.

This role demands strong operational leadership and a focus on continuous improvement, all within a safe and compliant working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across Sleeving, Despatch, Warehouse, and Transport.
  • Manage and lead warehouse and logistics teams, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Plan and coordinate transport logistics to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring targets, e.g service delivery, waste management are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support overall business goals and customer satisfaction.
The Person

To succeed in this key role, the individual will have :

  • A proven track record in warehouse and logistics management in a fast paced environment
  • Strong People Management skills and experience
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of operations of an inbound and outbound warehouse environment;
  • Evident experience of operating in a continuous improvement type environment;
  • Evidence of establishing and maintaining excellent business relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Experience and working knowledge of warehouse management and transport systems for business improvement practices;
Desirable Criteria
  • Hold a Transport Manager CPC qualification, or willingness to work towards;
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification
