The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a team of 25, you will manage the logistics process from raw materials receipt to successful dispatch on time and in full. This includes warehousing (manual & automated), supporting manufacturing, and the pick, pack, and dispatch of finished goods via national & international carriers. Your key task will be to review current operations, systems, processes, and personnel, and introduce changes that enhance efficiency and productivity in a successful and profitable business.

A hands-on Warehousing and Logistics professional with experience supporting fast-moving, customer-focused manufacturing and logistics operations. You have a track record of continuous improvement, positive change, and creating lean, customer-centric operations. You are an inspirational team player and leader.
