Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive and organised approach to work.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good IT skills, including basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee booking in of deliveries and ensure stock is received accurately.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched correctly.
• Lead and support warehouse team, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.
• Resolve stock or order discrepancies promptly.
• Support management with day-to-day warehouse operations.
