Job summary

Workchain in Tewkesbury is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics FLM to support daily operations at a manufacturing site. This temporary role focuses on coordinating activities, ensuring accurate goods handling, and maintaining safe working areas on a day shift in the warehouse.

The successful candidate will have relevant warehouse/logistics experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a practical, team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics or manufacturing setting.
• Experience supervising or coordinating colleagues is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities.
• Support allocation of work and prioritise tasks across the team.
• Ensure goods are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately.
• Maintain safe, tidy and efficient working areas.
• Monitor stock movements and assist with paperwork.
• Liaise with production and transport teams to keep operations running.
• Assist with loading/unloading and general warehouse duties.
• Follow site procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Report issues or delays to the manager.
