• Monitor stock movements and assist with paperwork.
• Liaise with production and transport teams to keep operations running.
• Assist with loading/unloading and general warehouse duties.
• Follow site procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Report issues or delays to the manager.

Pay: £13.00 to £13.50 per hour

We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics FLM to support the smooth running of warehouse and logistics operations at a manufacturing site in Tewkesbury. This is a hands-on opportunity for an organised and dependable individual who can help coordinate daily activities and support a busy production team.

Its operations include the production and supply of showering products, supported by warehouse, transport and logistics functions. Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities
• Support the allocation of work and prioritise tasks across the team
• Help ensure goods are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately
• Maintain safe, tidy and efficient working areas
• Monitor stock movements and assist with paperwork and records
• Liaise with production and transport teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Support the team with loading, unloading and general warehouse duties when required
• Follow site procedures, health and safety requirements and operational instructions
• Report issues, delays or discrepancies to the appropriate manager

Skills and qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
• Experience of supervising or coordinating colleagues is advantageous
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
• Reliable, practical and safety-conscious approach
• Clear communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take responsibility for daily tasks
• Relevant warehouse, logistics or forklift qualifications are desirable, but not essential where training can be provided
