Job summary

10 Recruitment are looking for a Logistics Administrator / Warehouse Administrator to support a busy Rochdale warehouse operation. You will prepare workloads, create picking lists and coordinate couriers to ensure on-time dispatch.

You'll work with SAP TMS and barcode systems to manage orders, check accuracy before dispatch, and liaise with the warehouse team. A hands-on approach, strong organisational skills and an FLT licence (beneficial) will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on warehouse experience with warehouse/logistics administration skills.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence coordinating workloads and communicating with warehouse teams.
• FLT licence would be a real bonus.
• Willingness to get involved with hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate daily workloads for the warehouse team.
• Create picking lists and pass them to the warehouse for processing.
• Book couriers and coordinate outgoing deliveries.
• Work with SAP TMS and barcode systems to manage order processing.
• Check completed picking lists and scanned orders to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
• Liaise with the warehouse team to keep orders moving efficiently.
• Assist with loading, unloading and yard maintenance where appropriate, if you hold an FLT licence.
