Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Stores team at our site in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The role involves handling goods, deliveries, inventory checks, ERP receipting and dispatch, with a 37-hour weekly schedule.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable warehouse experience, a UK driving licence, and IT proficiency. Forklift licence is preferred. The role requires manual handling and adherence to SOPs, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• National level of education (c / 4 or above) in science, Math and English GCSE or equivalent.
• A full UK drivers’ licence.
• Forklift licence preferred.
• Demonstrable warehouse or stores experience.
• I.T proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the flow of goods/documents to end user departments, including purchased goods, client samples, mail and data.
• Goods In – taking receipt of deliveries, unpacking and checking quantity and condition.
• Goods Out – delivering goods/samples to operational and service departments on the main site.
• Receipting deliveries into ERP system.
• Quarantine of non-conforming consignments and reporting to a manager.
• Storing inventory items into correct storage locations and picking against requisitions.
• Packing and dispatch of goods to external destinations.
• Assisting in inventory management and cycle counts.
• Sorting and distribution of internal and external mail.
• Distribution of QA data.
• Housekeeping duties and filing delivery notes, pick plans and sample forms.
• Comply with SOPs and policies; work overtime/out of hours as required.
