Job summary

Hager UK is seeking a Warehouse Lead Operator to report to the Warehouse Team Leader in Telford. The role is a permanent morning shift (6am–2pm, 37.5 hours/week) and involves leading the shift in the Cell Leader's absence and supporting inbound/outbound processes.

You will work within the Warehouse/Logistics department and may need to obtain/upgrade an FLT licence and First Aid certification. SAP experience is beneficial for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehousing is essential.
• Strong communication within a team environment is important.
• Willingness to learn FLT licence and First Aid if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift in absence of Cell Leader and ensure smooth inbound/outbound flow.
• Support and assist the Cell Leader and Team Leader for the shift.
• Drive process improvements and promote a proactive mindset within the team.
