Job summary

Hager Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Warehouse Lead Operator (M/F/D) based in Telford for a permanent contract. You will report to the Warehouse Team Leader within the Supply Chain & Logistics department, working mornings 6am-2pm (37.5 hours/week).

You will lead the afternoon shift in the Cell Leader's absence, support inbound/outbound flows, and drive improvements with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing operations.
• SAP experience would be an advantage.
• FLT Licence and First Aid or willingness to learn.
• Good communication and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift in the absence of the Cell Leader and ensure smooth operations.
• Support inbound and outbound flow and related processes.
• Collaborate with the Cell Leader and Team Leader to drive improvements.
• Foster teamwork and drive changes to enhance efficiency and safety.
