Office Angels Limited in Horsham is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to own a busy warehouse operation, oversee stock control, and lead a small team while remaining hands-on.

You will manage goods‑in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, use WMS and Excel, operate a counterbalance forklift when required, and drive continuous improvements. The role is full‑time with a contract to March 2027 and offers a Friday early finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor position.
• Strong inventory management and stock control knowledge.
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Managing all warehouse activities including goods-in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Supervising, supporting and developing one warehouse team member
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift when required
• Overseeing inventory management and ensuring stock accuracy
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensuring health & safety compliance
• Collaborating with supply chain, logistics and procurement teams
• Managing warehouse systems, reporting and performance
• Reviewing and improving warehouse processes to maximise efficiency and service levels
