Contract Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Warehouse Labourer for a busy manufacturing site in Norwich. You will wrap and label products, prepare them for dispatch, and help dismantle completed roof assemblies as needed.

No manufacturing experience is required, and full training will be provided by the designated supervisor. A positive attitude, reliability, and ability to follow instructions are essential while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

• Carefully dismantling completed conservatory roof assemblies in preparation for dispatch.

• Correctly labelling products in line with company procedures and standards.
• Checking that wrapping and labelling are completed accurately and to the required standard.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Following all company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assisting with other duties as required.

Full training will be provided by the designated supervisor, including:

• Manual handling and safe lifting techniques.
• Safe operation of equipment.
• Workplace housekeeping and maintenance.
• Correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Safe working practices when using sharp tools and handling materials.
• Fire safety and emergency procedures.
• Company health and safety policies and procedures.

Health & Safety

The company is committed to maintaining a safe working environment. Appropriate training and protective equipment will be provided, including gloves, ear plugs and a mask. Employees must provide and wear their own steel toe-capped safety boots.
