Job summary

IPL, Forza & Kober Foods is hiring a Warehouse Key Operative in Scotland. The role involves accurate picking, packing and dispatch, receipt and checking of stock, and maintaining health and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires a forklift license, understanding of warehousing processes, and the ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment is essential, specifically within a warehouse/manufacturing/pack house/produce background.
• Forklift Truck Licence and a good understanding of warehousing/store processes and procedures, along with the possession of manual handling training.
• Ability to work under pressure with good attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Warehouse Key Operative you will provide accurate and prompt picking, packing and dispatch of the depot warehouse goods by completing various warehouse tasks, as safely, accurately and as efficiently as possible, upholding the highest standards of health and safety at all times
• Receipt and checking of incoming stock in line with company goods in process, ensuring all label and temperature disciplines are completed appropriately and product is correctly located within the warehouse
• Ensure all relevant paperwork relating to Goods In/Goods Out/Picking is completed in full at all times and ensure waste is disposed of safely and in line with company processes, segregating waste as necessary
• Undertaking MHE truck duties as required ensuring it is driven correctly at all times, and that daily safety checks are conducted thoroughly and warehouse guidelines observed
