Job summary

PNW Warehousing is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support our growing team and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced warehousing environment. Qualifications

• Experience with federal and Washington State employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
• SHRM certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers, background checks, and pre-employment processes.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a welcoming introduction to the company.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HRIS information, job descriptions, and HR documentation.
• Support employee relations through addressing concerns, investigations, and proper resolutions.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment, changes, terminations, and communications.
• Assist with payroll data accuracy, timekeeping, deductions, and HR data changes.
• Coordinate performance reviews, promotions, and other employment status changes.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies; support training and audits.
