Job summary

CMB Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver for a leading company in Belfast (Airport Road West). The role involves maintaining accurate stock levels, picking and packing orders for the next day, and conducting cycle counts. Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with potential flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience including goods in, put-away, pick, pack, and dispatch.
• Forklift Licence – Counterbalance/Reach.
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, flexible, and able to work in a team.
• Good organisational and communications skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Accurate order checking, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
• Goods inwards, checking, sorting and put-away of products received.
• Report discrepancies or problems to line manager/supervisor without delay.
• Excellent communications with all relevant departments within the organisation.
• General housekeeping to ensure that stock is stored in a safe and clean environment.
• Stock taking and regular cycle counting.
• Processing of returns from customers.
• Participation in appropriate training as may be required from time to time.
