Job summary

Bacardi is looking for a Warehouse FLT Operator in Glasgow to safely operate a counterbalance forklift, move dry and cased goods, and ensure stock accuracy. You will work within a fast-paced FMCG setting, following quality and safety standards, with daily pre-shift checks and SAP documentation.

Experience with ERP systems and a current license are essential. The role supports 6S, stock counts, and smooth production line feeds, offering a structured, safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG environment.
• Full & Current FLT Counterbalance Driving License.
• Ability to use FLT attachments (clamp, push-pull, Double Handler).
• IT literate and familiar with ERP materials systems and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Daily pre-shift checks before using allocated forklift truck.
• Adhere to JDSL/Bacardi quality standards.
• Operate FLT in accordance with Health & Safety legislation and guidelines.
• Ensure HMRC regulations related to receipt and movement of excisable goods.
• Move cased and dry goods between production, warehouse and despatch areas.
• Use SAP to record movements and document any damages.
• Support 6S housekeeping and assist with annual stock counts.
