GXO Logistics, a leader in supply chain solutions, is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager for their LVMH site in Milton Keynes. We are looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our prestigious LVMH site in Milton Keynes. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of colleagues and coordinating activities to achieve business goals; through focussing on continuous improvement and promoting a team-based culture.
The role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll join us on a ‘any 5 out of 7’ shift pattern, the days of work rotate fortnightly between Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday to Thursday. Each two-week rotation will consist of one week of 06:00 – 14:00 and one week of 14:00 – 22:00. Every 12 weeks you also get 4 consecutive rest days!

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £33,422 per annum, you’ll also receive 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. What you’ll do on a typical day:
