Job summary

Belron UK Ltd, trading as Autoglass® and Laddaw®, is recruiting a Warehouse Team Member for Bardon, Leicestershire. You will play a key role in our distribution centre, handling glass stock, operating a Low Level Order Picker, and supporting daily warehouse activities to ensure accuracy and safety.

The role requires a Full UK driving licence, a willingness to work a Monday–Friday pattern with occasional Saturdays, and a commitment to high quality standards in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Able to work within a 7 day a week operation.
• Strong safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle glass in the warehouse to maintain stock quality and minimize loss.
• Operate a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) to move stock safely and efficiently.
• Follow Health & Safety requirements and perform self risk assessments.
• Support stocktakes with physical counts and system reconciliation.
• Promote recycling and comply with SOPs, GDPR, and ISO standards.
