Job summary

ARM LIMITED is seeking a warehouse operative to safely operate delivery vans and forklifts, move materials, and support goods in/out operations on site in Oxford. You will perform daily vehicle checks, keep accurate paperwork, and assist with inventory and security procedures.

Candidates should have a clean UK driving record, forklift experience or certification, and strong English communication. The role requires teamwork and the ability to work rotating day/night shifts in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with a clean record.
• Forklift experience and certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles, including 3.5T vans and forklifts.
• Transport materials to designated locations on and off site.
• Load, unload and handle materials in accordance with logistics and airworthiness requirements.
• Support warehouse operations, including goods in/goods out activities.
• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and report any defects.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure paperwork is accurately processed.
• Assist with inventory and material handling tasks.
• Comply with all company quality, safety and security procedures.
• Ensure excellent housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
• Remain vigilant regarding FOD (Foreign Object Debris) control.
• Support managers and team leaders with ad hoc operational requirements.
