Job summary

Booker is seeking a Warehouse Picker to manage picking and packing, verify accuracy, and prepare goods for dispatch. You will support warehouse operations, assist drivers, and help maintain inventory integrity throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, physically capable, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment while following safety protocols and collaborating with team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage picking orders to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Select warehouse items based on size, colour, quantity and quality.
• Verify order accuracy before processing for delivery.
• Prepare and stage items for dispatch and load delivery vehicles.
• Use scanners to ensure accurate inventory management and order picking.
• Pack warehouse orders and assist with loading and unloading as required.
