Job summary

CTRG Ltd in Livingston, EH54 5 DL, is hiring an Admin Clerk / Data Entry Clerk to support the Goods in Team. You will check inbound goods, verify delivery paperwork, and enter data into in-house systems. This full-time role offers shifts across days, back, and night, with weekend rotation.

Pay starts at 12.71 per hour. Ideal candidates have admin or warehouse data-entry experience and good attention to detail.

• Experience in admin, data entry or warehouse clerical work.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with computer systems and data input.

Responsibilities

• Check inbound goods and delivery paperwork for accuracy.
• Verify quantities and product details against delivery documentation.
• Accurately enter goods receipt information into warehouse management systems.
• Liaise with warehouse colleagues to ensure stock is processed efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Adhere to all site health & safety procedures.
