HR GO Group seeks a Goods Inwards Operative in Enfield to manage receiving, stock control and data entry. The role covers checking goods against purchase orders, booking into Sage 200, and maintaining accurate stock locations to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or goods in stock handling.
• IT literacy and data entry skills including Excel and Word.
• Ability to prioritise deliveries and stock requirements.
• Safe working practices in a warehouse.
• willingness to obtain forklift licence.

Responsabilités

• Check incoming deliveries against orders and confirm codes and quantities.
• Book stock into Sage 200 accurately.
• Report shortages, excess, or damaged items for resolution.
• Put away goods in correct locations and update Sage.
• Identify items for outstanding customer orders and prepare for dispatch.
• Reconcile stock transfers and returns with paperwork.
• Process customer returns and re-stock saleable items.
• Receive direct deliveries and liaise with Procurement on missing info.
• Maintain records and prepare for queries.
• Assist with stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Keep the area tidy and follow safety procedures.
