Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join the Frontier team, based at Diss on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will be managing inventory accuracy, monitoring stock levels, and overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure efficient warehouse operations. You will be responsible for conducting audits, maintaining our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), investigating discrepancies and upholding high housekeeping standard to optimise warehouse space.

About You

Your Role

As a Warehouse Coordinator your role will involve:

  • Managing goods in – unloading, booking in and correct storage of all incoming products
  • Organising order collation – picking, wrapping and loading of orders on to vehicles
  • Conducting daily and quarterly stock audits
  • Maintaining and updating our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Assisting in the investigation and resolution of stock discrepancies in an efficient manner
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately to assist in COMAH compliance
  • Safe operation of company forklift trucks
  • Assisting the Site Management to deliver all company policies and procedures in relation to Health and Safety
  • Ensuring that the Company Health and Safety objectives for your area of responsibility are met
  • Assisting Site Management to deliver company target on various audits including: annual Health and Safety audit, annual Basis store audit, COMAH audits and HSE inspections
  • Ensuring high levels of housekeeping are always maintained, including the safe disposal of waste spillage
  • Reporting deficiencies in safe systems of work, procedures, controls, work practices etc to the Line Manager including undesired circumstance and near miss reporting
  • Assisting in all of sites operational areas outside of peak times
