About The Role

As a Warehouse Controller at GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives. Your role will ensure stock levels meet sales budgets and that the operational functions of the Warehouse run smoothly.

Main Duties include:

• Manage the organisation and performance of the Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control departments to ensure efficiency.
• Pick and load vans/carriers accurately for timely customer deliveries.
• Check stock quantities against computer records.
• Use judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges.
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations, assist the branch manager with holiday/sickness cover, weekly planning, and team development, and work with drivers to optimize delivery services.
• Create a positive environment where employees are valued and can reach their potential.

Working hours: Average hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays.

About You

You should have a proven track record of managing a warehouse, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as FMCG.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with MAM is desirable but not essential
