About the Role

Our operation runs 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns to provide flexible working options. Late and weekend shifts are required, and some flexibility with work patterns may be needed.

Our warehouses stock a wide range of products, including clothes, household items, tinned foods, frozen goods, and chilled produce. Warehouse teams are crucial in selecting and organizing products to ensure they reach stores on time, supporting our supply chain in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Replenishing stock of all sizes and types
2. Picking stock for store deliveries or by product type
3. Operating warehouse equipment (full training provided)

This role offers the opportunity to pursue a Level 2 Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship, supported by our provider Babcock and your line manager. You must pass functional Maths and English tests unless exempted.

You are friendly, eager to learn, and work well in a team. You aim for high standards, working accurately and efficiently. Your goal is to deliver goods 'on time in full' to ensure product availability for customers. You should be committed to completing the 12-month Level 2 apprenticeship.
