Warehouse Operatives Wanted for Immediate Start

Job Location: Southampton

We are seeking flexible and motivated warehouse operatives to join our team in Southampton. Various shifts are available, including:

1. AM shifts: 6 am to 2 pm or 8 am to 4 pm, with plenty of overtime offered.
2. PM shifts: 4 pm to 12 am, 6 pm to 2 am, or 8 pm to 6 am, with overtime available.

Pay rates are as follows:

• Standard pay: £17.60/hour for AM shifts, £22.50/hour for PM shifts.
• Overtime pay: £22.50/hour for AM shifts, £28.70/hour for PM shifts.

Positions are available on a PAYE or Self-Employed basis, full-time or part-time, and are permanent. Weekly pay is provided.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to switch between tasks during shifts.
• Capability to carry parcels up to 30kg and push items weighing up to 250kg (assistance provided for larger items).
• Physically fit to handle heavy goods.
• Dedicated and motivated individuals.
• No prior experience required, but it is a plus.
• Experience with companies like Amazon, DPD, DHL, XPO, or similar is desirable.
