Parcel Sorter - Hillington - Apply Today!

Flow Logistics is excited to be recruiting on behalf of one of the industry’s leading and most dedicated parcel delivery companies. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our thriving team. This is a part-time position with an ASAP start date.

What You'll Do

1. Work shifts from 06:00am-11:00am, over a maximum of 6 days (Sunday to Saturday).
2. Work within a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
3. Work safely and accurately at speed, following instructions.
4. Be reliable with good timekeeping to reach the depot for the shift start time.
5. Use handheld scanners.
6. Unload palletised deliveries.
7. Sort parcels into correctly numbered cages.
8. Maintain general warehouse upkeep, ensuring your work area is clean and tidy.
9. Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
10. Help maintain the warehouse to an optimal functioning standard.
11. Ensure high quality and production standards are met.
12. Use pallet trucks to transport pallets around the warehouse.

What You’ll Need

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. The ability to work at high speed whilst maintaining accuracy.
3. A flexible, friendly approach with a team focus and can-do attitude.
4. An eye for detail.
5. The ability to meet tight deadlines.
6. The ability to accurately follow instructions.
7. You will be required to stand and walk for the duration of your shift.
8. May be required to lift items up to 23kg, and bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
