Job summary

Une entreprise dynamique recherche un assistant d'entrepôt à plein temps et permanent basé à Portlethen, Écosse. Vous serez responsable des opérations quotidiennes de l'entrepôt, en vous assurant que tous les équipements sont maintenus en bon état et conformes aux normes de sécurité. Les candidats doivent avoir une expérience significative et des certifications valides, démontrant leur capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en contribuant à l'efficacité opérationnelle.

Qualifications

• Expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans un environnement d'atelier actif.
• Détention d'une licence de chariot élévateur valide.
• Démontrer un travail autonome et efficace sous supervision minimale.

Responsibilities

• Participer aux réunions d'outillage avec l'équipe d'entrepôt.
• Effectuer des contrôles de maintenance quotidiens sur chariots élévateurs et grues OH.
• Gérer le processus des marchandises entrantes et la mobilisation d'équipements.

Atlas Professionals are recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant on a full time, permanent basis in Portlethen, Aberdeenshire.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Participates in tool-box meetings with all members of the warehouse team.

• Is always fully compliant with the requirements of the QHSE policies, standards, and wears

required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Maintains all equipment in good, safe working order according to standards and reports any

problem or deviation to warehouse supervisor.

• Perform daily maintenance checks to forklifts and OH cranes

• Carrying out general forklift duties

• Incoming goods process / mobilization of equipment

• Sourcing Tools as per shipping tickets

OTHER DUTIES:

• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience of working in a busy workshop environment.

• Must hold a valid Forklift License

• Must hold a valid OH crane certificate

• Must be able to work on their own initiative

• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

• Is personally committed to continuous improvement

• Listens and is able to communicate effectively with supervisors and peers
