Minster, a leading specialist insulation, dry lining and ceilings solutions distributor, are on the hunt for a Warehouse Assistant to join the team in our brand new branch in Northampton, who are as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (no weekends!)

Location: Minster, Kilvey Road, Brackmills, Northampton, NN4 7BQ

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the loading and unloading of customer and delivery vehicles – using a forklift where needed (in-house training provided)
• Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
• Pick and prepare items to fulfil customer orders
• Check incoming stock deliveries and put away in appropriate area
• Getting to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions
• Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone)
• Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
• Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Manual handling experience with MHE would be beneficial, however we do provide in-house forklift training
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Comfortable working in a predominantly outdoor environment
• Flexible with a positive can-do attitude
